Fortunately, there are a number of excellent free sources of images on the Web that can be used for free in your personal projects. Here are a few of our favorite picks:

  • Stock.XCHNG – their gallery contains over 350.000 quality stock photos by more than 30.000 photographers!
  • Veer.com’s free product section – The company has released a section on their website which can be used by anyone at no cost and new images and illustrations are added weekly (new fonts added monthly). They may also offer free introductory credits that you can use to download one of the paid items.
  • RGBstock.com. – Membership is free and all the photos and graphics are actually free believe it or not. There are a handful of rules but the quality is quite good. You will find a nice variety of flowers, flourishes, and backgrounds perfect for incorporating into your vow renewal invitation and stationery.
  • everystockphoto.com – A search engine for free photos. These come from many sources and are license-specific. You can view a photo’s license by clicking on the license icon, below and left of photos. Membership is free and allows you to rate, tag, collect and comment on photos.
