Is it ok to have a renewal ceremony on our actual anniversary but a reception at a later date?
Absolutely! There are many reasons why having the two together doesn’t always work out. You might want to send invites for the reception worded as an anniversary party since the two aren’t being held together, but that’s totally up to you. It’s also perfectly acceptable to have your vow renewal on a date other than your anniversary. Happy planning!
