Finding the perfect music and musicians for your vow renewal ceremony can be a challenging task. You want to find both the perfect musicians and instrumental or vocal pieces that will express your feelings for one another and suite the style of ceremony you have selected. You can find musicians by asking your coordinator, house of worship staff, friends, family, and other vendors.  Musicians charge a wide variety of rates depending on their experience and popularity.  It’s important to have them audition in person or provide a video of a performance and references.  You will also want to inquire about their policies for overtime, attendance at a rehearsal, and refunds or substitutions should they have to cancel or don’t show up.  Finally, you will want to communicate the expected attire.
