Finding the perfect reception venue for your vow renewal can be a challenging task. You need to make sure that it can accommodate the number of guests you are expecting, has plenty of parking, easy access, rules you can live with, plenty of restrooms, and a good flow for your celebration (especially if you will be holding the ceremony, cocktails, and reception in one location).  You will want to make sure you meet the venue coordinator and feel comfortable working with him or her.  Include discussions about their charges, vendor requirements, catering and bar services, service staff charges, and any expected tips.
